Virginia Evans is an American author best known for her bestselling debut novel The Correspondent (2025). She grew up on the U.S. east coast and earned a Bachelor’s degree in English literature from James Madison University before pursuing a Master’s in creative writing at Trinity College Dublin in Ireland. After returning to the United States, she lived in Winston‑Salem, North Carolina, with her husband, two children, and their dog.
